EVENT DATES: Monday, November 1 - Thursday, November 4

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 1: Hotel check-in. Check-in time at The Resort is listed at 4pm or later.

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 2: Morning shotgun start at Forest Creek Golf Club - North Course. Lunch will be provided after play. 'The Cradle and Cocktails'. Friendly competition and open play at The Cradle and Thistle Dhu from 4:15pm until sunset. Drinks provided on The Cradle Tee Box from 4:00pm - 6:00pm. Appetizers available from 4:45-5:45.

WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 3: Tee Times at Pinehurst No. 2 beginning at 10:50am. Breakfast/brunch will be provided before play. Scholarship Dinner Reception from 7:00pm - 8:30pm in the Outlook Ballroom at Pinehust Resort. Golf casual attire is allowed.

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 4: Tee Times at Mid Pines beginning at 8:25am. Scoring luncheon following play. Hotel check-out.

* Players staying at the Carolina Hotel will enjoy Carolina Hotel Spa Access and Fitness Center Access
The Meyer-Brown-Miller Invitational is a fundraising event for Illinois PGA Foundation’s Meyer-Brown Educational Scholarship Endowment. Scholarships are awarded annually, with annual renewals for eligible students through their college education. Scholarship administration is provided by the Illinois PGA Foundation.

Named in memory of Alice Meyer Brown, an accomplished amateur golfer and local club champion, the Alice Meyer Brown scholarship seeks to encourage and promote the attainment of higher education for graduating high school women who have continued to demonstrate academic excellence in the classroom, while accomplishing outstanding achievements in golf.

The Louis M. Brown Scholarship Fund seeks to encourage and promote the attainment of higher educational goals for high school men who have excelled in the game of golf, achieved academic excellence in the classroom and have demonstrated leadership in the community.
PLEASE NOTE - ALL THREE AMATEURS MUST SUBMIT A FULL PAYMENT BEFORE A TEAM WILL BE REGISTERED AND GIVEN A SPOT INTO THE EVENT. ALL REGISTRATIONS WILL BE PUT INTO A PENDING POOL UNTIL ALL TEAM REGISTRATIONS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED AND PAID FOR, AT WHICH POINT IN TIME THE TEAM WILL BE GRANTED A SPOT IN THE FIELD.
PLEASE NOTE: At this point in time ALL Villa reservations have been filled. If your team is interested in exploring potential additional Villa accommodations, please reach out to Dana Gattone PRIOR TO August 1st to inquire about availability.
Current available accommodations include the Carolina Hotel.

EVENT FORMAT

ELIGIBILITY: Teams are made up of one (1) Illinois PGA member/apprentice, playing with three (3) amateurs. Amateur must have a certified USGA handicap.

The event format is two net (2) best balls of the foursome for all three (3) rounds.
- The same ball may NOT be used for both scores.
- Amateur team members play at 80% of their adjusted handicap.
- All amateur senior participants age 60 and over will have the option to play a forward set of tees, and their event handicap will be adjusted accordingly.
**AMATEUR HANDICAPS WILL BE VERIFIED AND FROZEN ON OCTOBER 18TH**

New in 2021 - Teams will also have the option to pay for an upgraded Carolina Hotel Villa if they choose. If teams decide to upgrade to a Carolina Hotel Villa, ALL 3 Amateurs MUST pay the Carolina Villa registration rate of $3,500
