Take either 294, 355 or Route 59 South to I-88 West to Rt. 59 South
Take Rt. 59 South approx. 5.5 miles, (past the Fox Valley Mall)
Go 2 more miles (past 75th St. & Montgomery Rd.) the next stop light past Montgomery will be White Eagle Dr.
Turn right, (West), go 1/2 mile on White Eagle Dr. until you see the club entrance, (Club Drive) on your right

HOST PROFESSIONAL: Brian Soczka (630) 983-6836.
ELIGIBILITY: Head Professional and Assistant. Each must be a PGA Member or an approved apprentice from the same facility.
Head Professionals are defined as class A-1,2,4,7,9,13,14 or B-1,2,4,7,9,13,14. An Assistant is defined as an A-8, B-8 or B-15. A-6 or B-6 may compete with their facility's A-14 or B-14. Note: A-6's and B-6's are ineligible, unless playing with an A-14 or B-14 from their facility.
FORMAT: 27 holes to determine the Illinois Section PGA Fall Pro-Assistant Championship. The team shall consist of a PGA Head Golf Professional & an Assistant. In case of a tie for the Championship, the winners shall be declared Co-Champions.
ENTRY FEE: $155.00 per team. The Head Professional must register prior to the Assistant.
ENTRY DEADLINE: Monday, October 6, 2008 at 11:59 p.m., CDT. The first 100 team entries will be accepted into the field. Players must sign-up online with credit card payment prior to the entry deadline.
STARTING TIMES & GROUPINGS: There will be a 9:15 a.m. shotgun start with 27 continous holes. Starting times will be emailed to all players and available on-line at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, October 8.
PRACTICE ROUNDS: Please contact White Eagle Golf Club to schedule a practice round starting time.
FOOD & BEVERAGE: There will be lunch available for all players during the round.
