| Caddie/Cart/Forecaddie Policy |

| All competitors are required to take a cart for the Section Championship. Caddies and forecaddies of any kind are prohibited. |

| Playoff |
|---|
The low team from the morning wave of competitors will complete one (1) chip to a predetermined hole immediately following the conclusion of morning competition. Should there be a tie between the low morning and afternoon team scores, the afternoon team will complete the same chip as the morning team. The winning team will advance to the National Championship at Pinehurst Resort.
**Morning teams do not need to be present to accept their awards at the closing awards presentation. |

| Practice Round Information |

Practice rounds for the McGladrey Section Championship at Cress Creek CC are allowed. Please note the following information as it pertains to each team.
* PGA professionals will be guests of head professional Wally Hynes and will not have to cart and greens fees.
* Amateur players will be charged $97 each, which includes both a green and cart fee.
* Cress Creek CC DOES NOT accept credit cards. Amateurs will either be billed at their private clubs or will need to pay in cash.
* Food and beverage does not accept cash. Players who belong to private clubs have the option of being billed at their facilities.
* Cress Creek CC's dress code does not allow for denim or cutoffs. |

HOST PROFESSIONAL: Wally Hynes (630) 355-7300
EVENT: McGladrey Team Section Championship - Two (2) best ball of four (4) at 50% of the course adjusted handicap.
STARTING TIMES: The field will be divided into two (2) groups; a morning and afternoon shotgun. Teams can make requests for a specific starting group; however, request priority will be given to facilities in the order in which they registered their qualifying event.
ELIGIBILITY: Illinois PGA member/apprentice, playing with three amateurs. Amateur must have a certified USGA handicap. Teams must qualify at a local event in order to be eligible for the Section Championship.
TEAM ENTRY FEE: $300.00 ($100.00 per amateur) includes golf, cart, lunch, dinner and beverages for three amateurs and an Illinois PGA Golf Professional. Each amateur participant will also receive a special event gift package.
