EVENT: TUESDAY PRO-AM EVENT - Two (2) best ball of four (4) at 100% of handicap. A maximum of 25 teams will be entered into the event.
NOTE: Priority for Kemper Lakes registration will be given to teams who played in the Illinois PGA Pro-Am #1 held at Boulder Ridge Country Club.
ELIGIBILITY: Illinois PGA member/apprentice, playing with three amateurs. Amateur must have a certified USGA handicap. Teams finishing in the top three places at any of the events cannot bring more than one duplicate amateur to the remaining events.
TEAM ENTRY FEE: $765.00 ($255.00 per amateur) includes golf, cart, lunch and beverages for three amateurs and an Illinois PGA Golf Professional. Each amateur participant will also receive a special event gift package.
ENTRY DEADLINE: Tuesday, September 23, 2008 at 11:59 p.m, CDT. Players must sign-up online with credit card payment at the time of registration prior to the entry deadline.
ON COURSE EVENTS: Two (2) closest to hole competitions (one each side). One for 12 handicap and below; one for 13 handicap and up. |

Kemper Lakes is located 8 miles west of the Tri-State tollway. Exit Half Day Road (Rt. 22). Proceed west for 8 miles to Old McHenry Road, turn right. We're one mile along on the left.
From O'Hare Airport
Take the Tri-State Tollway (294) north to Half Day Road (Route 22).
