From Northern Suburbs:
Take Highway 41 (same as Edens Expressway/94) South/East. Exit at Skokie Boulevard East. Proceed through the stoplight intersections of Lake Avenue, Hibbard Road, Wilmette Avenue, and Glenview Road. At the next stoplight turn left on OLD Glenview Road (Baker’s Square Restaurant is on the corner). The Club entrance is approximately ¼ mile on your right.

ELIGIBILITY: IPGA Member classified as A-8 or Registered Apprentices.
FORMAT: 36 Holes of Stroke Play competition for the Illinois Section PGA Assistants Championship. In case of a playoff for the championship, there will be a three (3) hole total stroke playoff following the posting of the final scores. If the tie has not been broken after three holes, the playoff shall continue at sudden death. Playoff holes to be determined by the Tournament Committee. In case of a tie for qualifying position(s) there will be a sudden death playoff following posting of the final scores. In case of a tie for the championship, there will be a three (3) hole total stroke playoff following the posting of the final scores. If the tie has not been broken after three holes, the playoff shall continue at sudden death. Playoff holes to be determined by the Tournament Committee. In case of a tie for qualifying position(s) there will be a sudden death playoff following posting of the final score. Playoff holes to be determined by committee.
ENTRY FEE: $160.00 per player.
NATIONAL ENTRY DEADLINE: Wednesday, July 16, 2008 at 4:00 PM CDT. Please contact PGA of America at (800) 474-2776 to sign-up for the event.
FIELD SIZE & QUALIFYING SPOTS: Field size for the event is 93 players, there will be six (6) qualifying spots and three (3) alternate spots available for the 2008 TaylorMade-adidas PGA Assistant Championship on October 31-November 2, 2008 at The PGA Golf Club in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
STARTING TIMES & GROUPINGS: Will be available on Wednesday, August 27, 2008 by checking www.ipga.com, or by calling Westmoreland CC. Pairings will also be emailed to all players once they are finalized.
PRACTICE ROUNDS: Please contact Westmoreland CC to schedule a practice round starting time. There will be NO starting times available on Monday, September 1, due to club events.
FOOD & BEVERAGE: A lunch buffet will be available for all players following round one.
