HOST PROFESSIONAL: Erin Strieck (815) 777-2500.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to eligible IPGA Members or Registered Apprentices.
FORMAT: 36 Holes of Stroke Play, consisting of two separate 18 hole rounds. In the event of a tie for the Championship, there will be a three hole total-stroke playoff following the posting of the final scores. If the competitors remain tied at the end of three holes, the playoff shall continue at sudden death.
ENTRY FEE: $150.00 per player
ENTRY DEADLINE: Monday, September 29, 2008 at 11:59 p.m., CDT. The first 162 entries will be accepted into the field. Players must sign-up online with credit card payment prior to the entry deadline.
STARTING TIMES & GROUPINGS: Pairings will be available on Wednesday, October 1 by calling the IPGA office, Eagle Ridge Resort or by visiting www.ipga.com. Pairings will also be emailed to all players once they are finalized.
PRACTICE ROUNDS: To schedule a practice round, please contact Eagle Ridge Resort (815) 777-2500.
FOOD & BEVERAGE: There will be lunch available, please pay cash only.
ACCOMMODATIONS: Eagle Ridge Inn & Villas (please call the “individual call in line” (800) 892-2269 and ask for the Illinois Section PGA rates). Eagle Ridge is offering a rate of $ 124.50 (1-bed villa), $149.50 (2-bed villa) and $189.50 (3-bed villa)for all venues, additional taxes and fees apply. These accommodations will be on a first come first serve basis.
