HOST PROFESSIONALS: Gabe Exiner (708) 403-3000.
ELIGIBILITY: PGA Member or approved apprentice in the Illinois PGA along with their ladies club champion or approved guest. Amateur player must be from the same facility and be the past or current club champion. Amateur must maintain an electronic handicap at professional's facility.
FORMAT: 18 Holes of One (1) Best Ball of the Twosome at 100% of adjusted handicap. The team shall consist of one Professional and one (1) approved guest. In case of a tie in all moneyed places, a scorecard playoff will be determined from the hardest handicap hole forwards.
ENTRY FEE: $300.00 per team.
ENTRY DEADLINE: Thursday, September 25, 2008 at 11:59 p.m., CDT. The first 36 team entries will be accepted into the field. Players must sign-up online with credit card payment prior to the entry deadline.
PRACTICE ROUNDS: To schedule a practice round, please contact the Crystal Tree G & CC.
FOOD & BEVERAGE: There will be a lunch buffet available after the round for all players, sponsors and invited guests.
