HOST PROFESSIONALS: Casey Brozek (815) 459-1068.
ELIGIBILITY: PGA Member or approved apprentice in the Illinois PGA with a club official. Both players must be from the same facility. Team eligible for participation in the Championship will include a professional playing with their club president, park district president, and course owner or facility manager. Amateurs must have a current computerized handicap, maximum 36. PROFESSIONALS PROCESSING REGISTRATIONS MUST HAVE THE GHIN NUMBER OF THEIR AMATEUR PARTNER AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION
FORMAT: 18 Holes Better Ball of the team. The amateurs will use 90% of their listed handicap.
ENTRY FEE: $300.00 per team.
ENTRY DEADLINE: Thursday, September 18, 2008 at 11:59 p.m., CDT. Players must sign-up online with credit card payment prior to the entry deadline.
PRACTICE ROUNDS: To schedule a practice round, please contact Crystal Lake Country Club.
FOOD & BEVERAGE: A buffet lunch will be provided to all competitors before golf. Following the event, heavy hors dourvers & drinks will be served in the dining room.
