ELIGIBILITY: Open to eligible IPGA Members or Registered Apprentices age 50 and over. All players must meet these requirements by the tournament date.
FORMAT(s):
PRO-AM: Two (2) Best Balls of Foursome at Net. All players will be handicapped (including professionals). Prizes will be awarded for the amateurs only.
PROFESSIONALS: 18 holes of stroke play. Prizes will be awarded for the overall event and for the players over 60 years of age and above. A competitor eligible for more than one award will receive the greater of the awards. In case of a tie for the Championship, winners shall be declared Co-Champions.
ENTRY FEE: $80.00 per player
$10.00 OPTIONAL SKINS GAME
$5.00 OPTIONAL CONTRIBUTION TO THE IPGA FOUNDATION
ENTRY DEADLINE: Monday, August 13, 2007 at 11:59 p.m., CDT. The first 50 team entries will be accepted into the field. Players must sign-up online with credit card payment prior to the entry deadline. If a player wishes to withdraw prior to the entry deadline, there will be a $10.00 administrative fee taken from the total refund. NO REFUNDS AFTER THE ENTRY DEADLINE.
STARTING TIMES & GROUPINGS: Starting times will begin at approximately 1:00 PM with a shotgun start. Pairings will be available on Friday, September 7 by calling the IPGA office, Onwentsia Club or by visiting www.ipga.com. Pairings will also be emailed to all players once they are finalized.
PRACTICE ROUNDS: Will NOT be available for this event.
