Lou Ramadani, assistant apprentice at Sanctuary Golf Course, and Matt Slowinski, assistant golf professional at Glen Oak Country Club, finished the day with a share of first place honors at the Assistant Stroke Play #2 held at Balmoral Woods Country Club in Crete on Monday, June 3. The pair dealt with wet course conditions from heavy rain over the weekend, but were able to post 2-under-par 70.Ramandani's scorecard showed an eagle, a birdie and a bogey, while Slowinski's card also displayed an eagle with five birdies, three bogeys and a double. Assistant apprentice from Kemper Lakes Golf Club, Tim Streng, was the only other player to finish in the red with a 1-under-par 71.
