ELIGIBILITY:
Illinois PGA Member or approved apprentice in the Illinois PGA. Amateur players must be from the same facility and be the past or current club champion. Amateurs must have a current computerized handicap at the professional's facility.

FORMAT:
18 Holes of stroke play, One (1) Gross Best Ball of the team. The team shall consist of one Professional and the facility's club champion. In case of a tie in all moneyed places, a scorecard playoff will be used to determine the winner starting from the hardest handicap hole forward. Amateurs will be awarded gift certificates and professionals will receive prize money.

ENTRY FEE:
$358.00 per team (includes $8.00 processing fee).

ENTRY DEADLINE:
Thursday, September 27, 2012 at 11:59 p.m., CDT. The first 65 team entries will be accepted into the field. Players must sign-up online with credit card payment prior to the entry deadline.

STARTING TIMES & GROUPINGS:
There will be a shotgun start beginning at 9:30 a.m. Groupings will be available on Tuesday, October 2, 2012 by calling Westmoreland Country Club or by checking www.ipga.com. Starting times and groupings will also be emailed to all players after they are set.

PRACTICE ROUNDS:
Please contact Westmoreland Country Club to schedule a practice round starting time.

FOOD & BEVERAGE:
A complimentary continental breakfast will be provided to all players prior to the round. A buffet lunch will be provided to all competitors following golf.
